1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nustargame.c", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the nustargame.c online gaming platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliates operating under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses nustargame.c in any capacity.

• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited by the User, as distinct from bonus or promotional credits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nustargame.c, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You accept the nustargame.c Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You acknowledge that these Terms form a binding contract between you and nustargame.c.

nustargame.c is required under PAGCOR regulations to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. You must provide accurate, complete, and current identification documents when requested. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

nustargame.c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by law.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on nustargame.c at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or any other identifier — will result in immediate suspension of all duplicate accounts and potential forfeiture of associated funds.

When registering on nustargame.c, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and in all subsequent account updates.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.

nustargame.c accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

nustargame.c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawal fees: nustargame.c does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All withdrawals on nustargame.c require completed KYC verification and must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. nustargame.c reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud investigation or bonus wagering review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and governed by these Terms. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on nustargame.c — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the proprietary property of nustargame.c or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nustargame.c Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly perform or display, publish, or create derivative works of any nustargame.c content without prior written authorisation from nustargame.c.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustargame.c and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues that prevent access to or use of the Platform, whether caused by nustargame.c or third-party service providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to betting tips, odds, or game results displayed due to technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits nustargame.c's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

nustargame.c reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, subject to a regulatory investigation, or where closure is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Upon account closure for cause, nustargame.c may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the closure results from a verified breach of these Terms, nustargame.c reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where closure is not caused by Player misconduct, remaining real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting nustargame.c support. Voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of nustargame.c shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with nustargame.c by contacting the support team at [email protected]. nustargame.c will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

Disputes relating to game outcomes on nustargame.c that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR as the supervising regulatory authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nustargame.c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nustargame.c will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of nustargame.c following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
